Also, got this in turbob orange:

How do you attach 'em?  Hot glue?

They fit snuggly so just a drop of glue is maybe needed. I used a drop of tub sealant.

There's no need to go Drakon on it.

I need to pick two of these cases up for when that group order comes through...

Maybe I should do a poll to see what two colors I should get them in?

Yeah, I'm interested unless there is no group buy deal by the seller. Did you check on that ?

You know I didn't think about that.  Do you think many people from this group buy would be interested in getting a case as well?

Yeah, because it seems like leaving an exposed PCB around probably isn't the ideal as far as protecting your investment in it. What Stone Age Gamer did is beautiful, gold-plated screws and all, but I would never pay that bastard's markup - he doubled the price on his premium versions (for adding coating, case, and manual, etc.)!

I'd be down. I'm planning on getting one after I move away to school. Still deciding what color to get, nullity's orange one looks awesome. It would look cool in a TE but weird in a Duo R.

Also, stupid question, do you really have to glue it on?

Do you guys just follow along with a translation or something?

I follow what's going on in the pictures / cut scenes and make up my own story.

Same here. You'd be amazed how many anime chicks talk incessantly about how much tehy want me!

Also, got this in turbob orange:

Nullity, that looks really nice. Kinda makes me wish I had let Shapeways dye my slim cover.

I was tempted to go with orange, or green, since it was only 50 cents extra, but since I had never ordered from Shapeways before, I thought I'd go with white, then I could dye it later if I decide to.

Fulci- thanks, yeah, it did come out nice. I was afraid it would be some pastel orange but it is fairly vibrant.

Tucci- you don't have to glue it, but you might want to depending on what version of ever drive you have. It fits the v1.2 well enough that it was hard to pry off with my fingernails, whereas it is easily removed on v.1 cards (but not so easily that it'll fall off the back of your turbo express).

Which version card did we order in the group buy..?

Not sure if Nully even ordered lol

Pretty sure we got v1.2. Nullity said he got v1.1 about 2 years ago. And he now has both, there is little visible difference between the two.

I wasn't in the group buy but I'd be down for getting a cover if a bunch of people went in on it together.

I got this last night in the mail. From KC (thanks again  :) )  Now I just need to wait for my shadow of the beast to come (got it very decent price. Played it back in the day on Amiga).

My order from big Al in the UK arrived today, was left on the doorstep, made it OK thankfully!

Tengai Makyo II - $2GBP
Cosmic Fantasy I -  $3GBP
Cosmic Fantasy III -  $3GBP
Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes II - $4GBP
Ys III: Wanderers from Ys (SPINE) (JPN) - $4GBP

Plus $9GBP shipping, so $25GBP total = $43 USD... 43 / 5 = 8.6, so $8.6 bucks per game with shipping...

It cost him really 15.5 GBP to send it, but I see why, the boxed used was big. Anyway, glad it made it to the US safely.
