Just saw one pop up on eBay for $50 shipped - really tempted to take it, but I figured someone in here could probably beat that price, so hit me up if you got one you want to let go! :)

minimum CIB, don't care about spine and useless registrations cards or whatever.

That's not too bad, and at least they have 3 copies, if they sell down to one, and you still haven't found a cheaper one, then you probably ought to jump on this.  I just recently got my copy for $36 + shipping from Asia, so the price is just about the same.
