I thought SMB2 was the Lost Levels on Super Mario All Stars?  Isn't that version good enough or are you guys talking about Doki Doki Panic?
Yeah, LostLevels/SMB2 is on Mario All Stars as well.

Still i've herd fans complain that they change the way it plays on it some how.

Just another reason why i wanted to get it for my FDS.

Btw i got np with, Doki Doki Panic either when it became SMB2 for the U.S.

I think it's a good enough game in it's own right.

PSN:MrNeoGeo
Wii U:Progearspec

I'm a fairly big fan of Mario...

Super Mario Bros. 2, the USA version, is by far the best Super Mario game ever made. I've never played it in it's "original" Doki Doki Panic form, but clearly the creators meant for it to be a Mario game from day 1.  8)

The only time I've played the Japanese SMB2 was indeed on the All-Stars. It intruiged me enough that I wanted to get the Famicom version, until I found out it was FDS only.

Actually, there really is something about the way that one and the original SMB play on the All-Stars cart that bothers me. For SMB1, I'll take the original NES version any day.

I loved SMB2 USA. One day I'll play the Doki Doki original...

I like it!  its a bit minimal on content though but it is space invaders...

some scans of the manual and short clips..

I love those vector graphics in the intro for space invaders plus XD  (sorry folks with low badwidth)

I'm not too keen on the upbeat music on the Plus game..

The new battle ships you control!

Its a bit strange that on most space invader shrines there is no mention of the pc engine version.. its almost as if this is the forgotten space invaders game..

Did the orginal space invaders game have play mispelt on the enemy information screen cause on the pc engine's the Y is upside down..

Digi.K - Thanks for sharing Space Invaders.  I like how the invaders are damaged and shoved up a bit before disappearing.  What types of power ups are dropped?

I think there are 8 different types of power ups that drops from the UFO..

apart from timer (stops aliens for a while) shield recovery, shield that appears above your head.. I think the rest are various types of lasers, missiles etc

I like the upbeat music! you can only take 'jaws from space' for so long
"Fun is a strong word." - SNK
"Today, people do all kind of shit." - Tatsujin

I received a package with most of those sealed TG-16 games today and it turned out to be the real deal.  :D

Hopefully, the three remaining games are coming in a seperate package.
