I will post a picture later.  In good shape but it is completely loose. figured I'd throw it up and see if there was any interest.

Thanks to Bardoly and Bernie for a complete copy.

I'm selling it for Exactly what I paid for it loose: $54 including shipping in the USA with Tracking(  International will pay the difference over the $4 ship cost )
