I currently despise a contractor whom I'm a lead over. He gets very confrontational and argumentative when I say something he doesn't agree with and not just with me but others in our group as well. I told my manager several times about it but he hasn't done anything with it. I went to my director last week. This foo needs to go before I go bonkers on him and loose my job.

I want to be more like 337.

The Wolf: If I'm curt with you it's because time is a factor. I think fast, I talk fast and I need you guys to act fast if you wanna get out of this. So, pretty please... with sugar on top. Clean the f*cking car.

Hahaha, contractors. I have a couple of great ones and I have had to let a couple go over the last few years. It's funny, because when they are contractors, you assume it's easy to cut ties with them. But, it's not.

It's insane what this guy is getting away with. He doesn't want to be a team player, always on his phone or surfing the internet. I had a talked with my manager again this morning and he just say he's watching. I'm like what's so hard, he's just a contractor. We have 3 other contractors and I'm cool with them.

The miami dolphins 3 game losing streak

Tomorrow would be wonderful to stop the streak by stopping the Division leaders the Patriots

I HATE the pats

HAHA!  Last 10+ years must be tough.
I gotta say, it looks like the dolphins are finally pointed in the right direction, maybe another 4 or so QB's and head coaches in the next 6 seasons will see a wildcard birth.

I hate that the beautiful leaves that fall from the trees HAVE A PENCHANT FOR LANDING IN MY COFFEE (autumn in NJ is my favorite season).

I just pull the leaves out, but, DAMN, it gets annoying.

NO, I DON'T WANT TO COVER MY COFFEE. I HATE YOU FOR EVEN SUGGESTING SOMETHING LIKE THAT, YOU DUMBASS.

MySQL

EDIT: Not so much MySQL as much as how every Wordpress theme and plugin seems to interface with MySQL differently.  I'm currently in the process of resurrecting an old site I built and moving it to a sub-domain of my website and in theory it should be a simple task of search and replace for the domain name in the database, but noooOOOOooo... a bunch of settings have been stored in what MySQL considers its cache so it's not properly backed up.

Having gotten that off my chest, I'd work with Wordpress over Drupal or (heaven forbid) Joomla any day of the week.
