I like fireworks, but I'm a little under the weather, so I was feeling a little Grinchy last night.

Usually I would be out watching them, or setting them off myself.

However, I do believe you should be respectful of your neighbors when living in a subdivision. On new years I think you should have fireworks wrapped up by 1am. The last one went off here at exactly 2:37. We're not talking about bottle rockets and fountain showers. Mortar shells were firing consistently from 8-2:37.

When you are drunk and partying, it's all good and fun. I guess being sick and sober this year gave me a little insight into why some neighbors get aggravated and annoyed.

I have two jumpy dogs (rescue dogs from Mexico, they were street dogs) and they get so freaked out by fireworks. I can't imagine finding my pet like that, so sad.

Nintendo has joined this party with the GOD DAMN 3DS. I went to Amazon and Gamestop.com. I literally CAN NOT BUY a New (model type) 3DS through online retail channels and I'll be damned if I'm going to go check random stores.

So yeah Nintendo, how about you get your head out of your ass and get some of these stocked, there is clearly demand.
