everybody loves free stuff
i noticed he has a fancy car in the background of his video, but
maybe it doesn't get good gas mileage...
so, i'll donate my ford festiva for him
I owned a 1989 Ford Festiva L (burgundy red) when I lived in CA. I loved that golf cart (very little maintenance, great gas mileage). The only reason I sold it was because I could only tow one vehicle across the country.
ON TOPIC: The CGR guy isn't a serious reviewer...he has refined (dare I say "perfected") his shtick to the point where he is consistently amusing to me. Some of the aspects of CGR that annoy others (for example, he repeats himself all the time) have grown on me...and I admit that there are FAR WORSE THINGS out there. As entertainment, I like CGR. Yup, I like him.
That said, I really don't like the ostentatious display of materialism in CGR. Mr. CGR does not need to impress me with his cavernous hangar chock-full of vehicles and video game paraphernalia. By all means, show me the game and hardware when it is relevant (I like that), but that's it. Many scenes in the show feel like pap from
MTV CGR CRIBS...
DISCLAIMER: I haven't watched his PCE episodes.
