This Classic Game Room guy looks just like an older Irate Gamer might. Especially when he's sitting at the TV bopping his head back and forth.

Why should we donate anything to him?  Seems like he does good enough on his own to be to afford a Duo.  Regardless I think his reviews are really just ramblings.  If he likes it that much why doesn't he just buy one?  Oh wait!  He was asked/told/persuaded to do these reviews.

Maybe he's a cheapskate i don't know.Still i bet,if he wanted to he could import a duo with no problem at all.

Bitching in his vid about how he has to return that Core Grafx that was loaned to him. Definitely seems like a cheapskate.

I sent him a couple of small things a couple of months ago, and never heard a word.  So I will not be donating anything again.  As others have said, he seems like he can probably afford to buy stuff himself.

It's almost like he pushes it in everyone's face too

I owned a 1989 Ford Festiva L (burgundy red) when I lived in CA. I loved that golf cart (very little maintenance, great gas mileage). The only reason I sold it was because I could only tow one vehicle across the country.

ON TOPIC: The CGR guy isn't a serious reviewer...he has refined (dare I say "perfected") his shtick to the point where he is consistently amusing to me. Some of the aspects of CGR that annoy others (for example, he repeats himself all the time) have grown on me...and I admit that there are FAR WORSE THINGS out there. As entertainment, I like CGR. Yup, I like him.

That said, I really don't like the ostentatious display of materialism in CGR. Mr. CGR does not need to impress me with his cavernous hangar chock-full of vehicles and video game paraphernalia. By all means, show me the game and hardware when it is relevant (I like that), but that's it. Many scenes in the show feel like pap from MTV CGR CRIBS...

DISCLAIMER: I haven't watched his PCE episodes.

Lol, I finally took a look at that CoreGrafx video. I thought that he was just going to have a typical youtube game library in the background. I didn't expect him to be flashing $100,000 worth of crap in a room the size of some people's homes. :P

Has anyone watched his Truxton video? I ask because it's completely unwatchable.

No, but now I have to watch it.

UPDATE: Dear Jesus, take the reverb away from him! 4:30 until the annoying voice effects are over. OH SNAP THE REVERB RETURNS FOR FINAL SEQUENCE...
