Its not fair. I've had two near death experiences. My most recent happened in may and was bad. Why do some die and scum like me live? In the last few years i've been a horrible person. If anything I deserved it

No one on Earth is wise enough to answer that question I'm afraid. You do deserve a chance at life, however. You still have an opportunity to make a difference in your or someone else's life. You have infinite potential, Xak. You matter.

Lets to to keep a thread like this on topic.  If his death was preventable I hope we can all learn from it.  If its drugs then again be reminded how fragile life is and you are literally playing with death.

Man, this sucks. Didn't interact with the guy personally but I've met enough of you at get-togethers that it'd throw me for a loop if one of you passed away. Hope his family is at peace with whatever happened - losing a loved one this young is a haunting experience. RIP.

Thanks for posting your story, Nightwolve. It was very interesting to read.

And since cause of death has not been revealed to us, all we can do is speculate. We have one person telling us it was not an overdose but this person offered no credentials or sources as to why this would not necessarily be the case. It certainly could have been an OD. Or suicide. Or even an accident. We don't know. I just hope he didn't go out like David Carradine went out.

I just hope he didn't go out like David Carradine went out.

For all you know he went with an orgiastic smile on his face......kinda like Michael Hutchence.

Michael Madsen was going around with that joke actually when asked about his fellow "Kill Bill" costar. I guess it helps make it less embarrassing, but still... Hard to think of David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine anymore.

Anybody ever see "World's Greatest Dad" with Robin Williams ?? It had a little fun with this subject, to say the least... Heh.

Had no idea about Madsen saying that. I have to say it certainly isn't the most glamorous way to go, one can hope that he at least was having a good time and didn't experience that OH SHIT moment. Carradine was a kid of the 60's you know that guy was up there with Hefner ;)

Never seen World's Greatest Dad.

People die and are born daily, it just so happens that massive numbers are hard for our brain to grasp, where as the death of a few have a far greater impact. Regardless, don't forget to call, hug, kiss those you love TODAY!

That being said, love all you guys and gals on this community that I am a tiny small part off. You all stay safe and play smart.
