I've been buying a lot of Playstation Portable stuff of ebay lately and ended up winning another game for 99 cents. As usual I pay right away and shortly thereafter I get refunded and the the following message appears in my inbox:
Dear flare65,
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Syphon Filter is not in stock.
List error due to our software.
Thanks for shopping with us!

This is an auction that ran all week and now that it has ended, the auction was a mistake? As some of you have read in my previous posts, this seems to happen to me a lot and I think they (Sellers) just don't like the idea of not getting a dollar for a game, so they try and back out of the deal. Usually they need a little coaxing to follow through. Here is my reply:
Dear 99kennethmcknight99,
Hey,
This is the third time this month that I won an auction for a game at 99 cents and the auction was listed in an error or the seller had "lost" it.
Either we complete the deal, or I'm leaving negative feedback. Choice is yours.
John
Here is his reply.....
Dear flare65,

So now this guy is threatening to f*ck with me. Ok, maybe I was a little hard nosed in my message to him, but if you don't have the f*cking game, why list it? I reported his response to ebay under their harrasment/threat policy. Not sure what good that will do exactly. I checked his feedback and he ha a lot of negatives. I should have looked at it before bidding this time around. Anyway, here is a link to the auction:
