Last Armageddon (translation?)
« on: October 24, 2013, 08:45:43 AM »
This game has SO LITTLE text, it baffles me why no one has ever attempted to translate it. An amazing RPG with really cool graphics.
Im a real life Sadler, just take me to the nearest item shop.

Because its so easy to play through that no translation is necessary.

Last Armageddon is that game with ultra violent graphics of animal demons killing themselves, right?
I didn't knew it was so easy to play through, wish someone had told me earlier

All the more reason to add it to the English menu of our system. The NES hackers are just finishing up the NES library just to say they did it. To say we have all the NES games in english. I saw nothing on it not needing a translation.

What are all the Glyphs for? Or omens? I found a dungeon that the monsters are too hard. This game needs some 'splianin'

I've found a walkthrough of the game (in japanese, PC88) and for what I understood from the google translator engrishy the story is pretty good.

Let's hope someone picks it up for translation.

The Brothers Duomazov has a detailed English walkthrough for the PC Engine version and is  filled with screen shots.

^Id rather play the game on my own than with a translated walkthrough. I live my RPGs to be self sufficient.

Well then, you've got about 100 RPG'ish PCE games to play. :)

^more like to wait on a translation

I played through and ejoyed "Startling Odyssey 2" with much love. It was a simple translation but thats why we have and use our IMAGINATION to fill in the blanks.

Depending on your age, there was either a Sesame Street or Spongebob Squarepants subliminal message in the post.

You guys lost me so yeah plz back on topic. I guess its some inside joke for you guys. All I care about is this awesome game getting english text. The hardest part would be item /menu translation . There is hardly any text at all outside of that

PC engine graphics are incredible

Here are other systems

Looks like learning katakana would go a long way.
