Hit Japan has a nice one on eBay that comes with two controllers, original cables and power, and 5 games for $122 shipped. And that's coming from Japan. So I'd Say your local store is taking u for a ride at $150.

$122 shipped from Japan is about right, mostly because of the shipping, though. They're making a decent amount of change, but you should be able to find cheaper, especially if the SFC games are cruddy RPGs.

$122 is kinda pricey, I would keep an eye on Yamatoku-Classic's auctions as he sells Super Famis all the time. I got mine loose for less than $30 shipped from him and I'm sure you can get a Super Fami with controllers and hookups for dirt cheap that way.

Just get a bare bones system from a US seller.  There's actually a few decent ones priced on ebay.  Then just get a controller.  Most "console only' at least come with the AC power adapter.

Way too high for a non-boxed SFC. I paid around $110shipped for my boxed SFC and it's in damn nice shape with instructions, no yellowing, AC adapter, baggies, etc.
