A PC Engine that you can connect to an arcade game with a JAMMA harness.

And it comes with the most bootleg-looking HuCard I've ever seen!
I'm not sorry about this, as I'm not sorry about ANY attack by the goverrats.

Looks like it could be #31 in this list? Never actually seen one before.

Quote
Secret 31:
Several Japanese (And possibly other) companies produced adaptors that would allow the PC Engine to function in an arcade cabinet. These would typically include a timer that reset the system when no additional money was inserted before it reached zero, an audio amp, and little else. The unit I have used a large elastic to hold the adaptor to the PC Engine, and with the addition of a few extra parts could function on a megadrive as well. Curiously, it supplied power to the PC Engine through the rear port, not the AC port. Also, it would flash the screen red when the timer was nearly out by maxing the red RGB channel. Obviously this required no changes to the software running on the system.

I bid several times the minimum. If I happen to win, I'm going to shoot HD video of the hardware and it being played in a Final Fight cab. If it looks like the game is any different from PC Genjin 3, I'll capture video of a playthrough, but I doubt there's any changes other than what jperryss mentioned.

It's a shame that Sadler will be returning my cabinet to me before you get that mock-Duo to him.

Since I actually wound up getting it for the minimum bid, I'm going to bid on his jamma Mega Drive auction. :)

If the PC Engine set works like it should (I really hope it outputs RGB and not just converted composite), I'm going to pick up another 2-player, 2 button jamma cabinet and deck it out with custom PCE side art, marquee and bezel.

Congrats on picking this up.  Have to admit I considered bidding on it. Seems like a pretty damn good deal considering the gem hiding inside the Hucard slot. Would love to see more info once you get it in your hands.
All is well. :)
