Kiki KaiKai (sp?)

It's supposed too be a fun game, though I haven't had a chance to try it out myself.

Yep, it's Obocchama-kun as kingshriek posted. I have the HuCard as well and let me give you my thoughts :) :

Obocchama-Kun is insane ; there is no better way to describe it. It is wacky Japanese humor to the max. So if you're into that stuff (like me), that's already a good sign, however the game itself is actually really fun!

You take control of this freaky Japanese boy in a side scrolling platform game who can sort of morph into different things by pressing buttons, like holding down the down button turns him into a dog (you can make him run in dog mode too if you hold the down button while moving) or holding down the II button so he turns into an old man. Play your levels with caution though because you only have one hit and you're dead!

To help you out on your adventure, you can acquire extreme friends,  which are obtained by standing on a turtle shell and pressing the up button so the apple item nearest the turtle shell transforms into a new item. A couple of your friends include a buff Japanese dude wearing a thong who will walk in front of you to protect your player, or even get this, a HELICOPTER that has a HUMAN HEAD on it that looks like a BEARDED RUSSIAN, who will shoot down enemies for you as he scrolls through the sky. Aside from your friends, a weapon power up can be aquired which allows your player to have a bigger and longer shot.

The one-hit challenge is what makes this game so fun if you ask me, which requires a lot of memory patterns since there are no check points in the levels, except for the bosses. The fun part about no check points though is that the levels can surprise you by being averagely short or they can tease you by being a little long.

I love Obocchama-Kun; it's possibly the craziest game I have ever played, it's down right hilarious, and it's strongly addicting!

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

I think its from a popular manga in japan..

You will find it really weird!!  I only like the first level cause the music is funky on that stage..  Its made by pack in video but its lisenced by Namco.

I was playing Obocchama-Kun last night and it's a pretty sweet game.  i got it in a lot with Granzort and......Energy.
I have to say, Energy doesn't seem as worthless as i thought.

I just played it and I did. I carried on down, did that bit with the flat green thing, then went right back to the start and found an orange jelly thing. But not much happened there and I died.
