Assuming you're selling and these include the cardboard box I am also interested :)

IMO $80 for OotG is around the upper-end on what I've seen, but can be quite a bit cheaper on occasion.

Neutopia II is harder to pin down--but it pretty much never sells for under $100 with just the Hu and manual, so I think ~$200 with the box is probably reasonable.  The only one that's sold on eBay recently went for $234 shipped.  It has always been one of the harder-to-find titles, especially complete. Nevermind, see below

Bear in mind that the condition of the cardboard box can hugely affect the value.  And although TG prices are running hot right now, there is often a high degree of variance in cost (I'm assuming because of the relatively small number of buyers).

Damnit you're right.  I suck at finding complete eBay auctions, IDK why I'm having trouble finding these.  Those prices are from some months ago though.  This has been selling a lot recently for $100 with just the manual.

Yeah, there are ways to find pricing :) , just need to be a bit careful about quoting the highest they have seen ..  hell you can buy new right now.. the average price of a couple of months needs to set the pricing

http://item.ebay.com/400655370524

And new sealed normally easily doubles the price for certain games on ebay.. so if the seller wants them to go to a goo home on the forum then 80 -100 i think is about right, im generally only after the box, so if someone isnt as precious about boxes and wants to flick that to me, im happy to buy or trade for it after :)..

Not to get this thread off-topic, but how did you find those auctions you quoted?  Would you mind sharing your "ways"? :)  I couldn't find them via eBay search or Google.  eBay completed search is usually the best way of I know to find pricing but it only goes back a couple months.

He didn't state if he was buying or selling, either way he has a price and if selling an offer :).  Nothing wrong with that.  Would you agree with the price?.  Ootg I'm thinking is 40 - 60 but im a bit less current on that game and It does fluctuate a bit with that.

Cool, good luck, if cardboard is important to you then there is a challenge ahead :).  Can be hard to get the outer boxes.

Neither of these games came with jewel cases originally, so you'll have to make your own or buy from someone that's made one already.

I pretty much threw away every outer box I ever got as a kid.  Same with spine cards, I just crumpled them up and threw them out.  I knew I'd never sell the games I got them with though.  Oddly enough, the only box I've kept is for Cosmic Fantasy 2.  I think it would have been hard to keep them in good condition all these years anyway.
