I'm missing 3 games for complete US HU-Card collection and 12 for the CD ones.

Missing Bomberman 93, Tonma and Magical Chase. So in my opinion i'm only missing 1 that i can actually afford

I don't remember Tonma being overly ridiculous in price.  Expensive yes, but not "super crazy f*cked up" expensive.

Everything over 100$ for a game is 98% NO for me. My house, food and vacation before any games !

It's something like $50 a session last I remember, but the idea of them taking your blood out of you, separating your plasma, and putting your blood back in you seemed kind of creepy to me.

Yeah I have actually had that done before. Was planning on doing it sometime this week too. It is weird and you have to squeeze your arm so blood flows properly. I didn't and my arm started vibrating. Also your lips turn numb. It's weird

Same here man.  Only time I have paid over $100 was for an arcade pcb.  That was only around $130.  Console games I have yet to spend over $75 to this day.
