My suggestions are:

1) Play the Japanese one.  It's the same shit.  If you need English in a shooter, I question your education and brain functionality in general.
2) Save the 5000$ to buy something much more useful.   
3) Play all of the other games the PC Engine has to offer, because Magical Chase is at the middle of the list of "shit you should play sometime soon"


It's overrated.   People notice it because of the pricetag.   If it were a throwaway 10$ game, nobody would give a f*ck.

Maybe he hasn't posted here over the years much for the same reason I haven't. Because whenever he did post he was bombarded by rude comments and people who try and make you feel stupid. I'm a member of pretty much every popular video game forum out there. And this forum is by far the least welcoming of the bunch. Not very homely here till you are accepted. I love the Turbo and right now that's the only reason I come here. Hopefully that will change someday.

If he wants to spend tons of money on a game that's his decision. Maybe he makes 2k a week and can afford it. Is there seriously a wait list for Magical Chase? You can't just assume people are going to know all the rules around here regarding getting in line for a expensive game.

I don't believe that at all. I didn't get into the turbo grafx until 2011. So i knew practically nothing about the console. I joined this forum, and i was welcomed with open arms. I also took the time to do research and try to answer questions i had on my own, instead of just relying on others to answer everything for me. So maybe if you and OP actually participated it the forum (that's what a forum is for right) you wouldn't feel the way you do now.

If a new person came to the forums, with a stack of hard to get items not just expensive but actually hard to get stuff and said openly, "hey guys im new here, im selling my collection, this seems to be the location that is interested in this gear, i want it to go to a person who will appreciate it, heres what i want price wise" and lets assume his prices were close to ebay prices.  would you

1. be pissed off, abuse the guy for ebay pricing and not buy his goods.
2. be pissed off, talk to the guy try and offer something you felt comfortable paying
3. be happy that you had a chance to maybe buy that very hard to find item and not have to compete with ebay trolls and the chance of the price sky rocketing even further?

I'm not defending anyone. I don't even know that guy. And even though this is some old post or whatever I still feel like what I said applies to some new members and should be taken into consideration by some of the members here. People should treat people the way they would want to be treated and not say anything they wouldn't say to their face at all.

And who cares if I posted on the neo forums? Im a long time member there. I own valuable items of equal rarity of magical chase and dynastic hero. Do you own Samurai Showdown V Special or a dedicated Neo Geo Arcade Cabinet to trade to a neo geo member? Is there a rule here that we can't look elsewhere for rare titles? What about eBay? Do I need permission here to bid on EBay? What about in the wild? If I find Dynastic Hero in the wild must I get an OK from members here before purchasing?
