You know what too, report him to ebay. Submit the pm to Trust and Safety. Ebay only requires you to deliver the item as described, not give him extra, and they take that shit very seriously when people try to extort extra out of sellers, via insinuation, demands, feedback extortion, or otherwise.
If he leaves you negative feedback be sure to contact them again, and point out the message he sent to them again also, and explain your situation in full, along with the fact that you paid double what he paid in shipping to make sure the item got to him. Odds our they will then remove the negative. They are not going to side with him over Priority mail shipping after you show you paid double to ship it and they see that message he sent asking for extra.
