Hey Matt, thanks for your offer to help! :) We might be able to use another Neo Geo AES in case beamer can't come with his x68000. I'll let you know as the date draws near. Thanks!

No problem. It's there if you need it. Unless I find a monitor my X68000 will be out too.

Hey guys,

less than likely that I'll be getting down for this year's VGS. :(

Make sure to take lots of pics and play some Sonic Spike in my absence!  LOL

Ditto...I think I'm out unless that wedding crap gets rescheduled. Take lots of pics, and someone play that Primal Rage 2 machine at Galloping Ghost for me. I've been drooling over the videos of it.

Looks like I'm gonna just miss the opportunity to get to this. Oh well... next year, perhaps.

Any chance you guys will be going to Gencon in August?  Also, OcTurboFest isn't that far off. :)

Looks like I'm going to need to book a hotel.  What are some of closest hotels to the event that every body will be staying at?  Also I still need  someone local who can pick me up from the airport. I would be very grateful:)

The Fairfield Inn in the same parking lot as VGS is the best bet as you get a discount for booking.

Damn! Try Comfort Suites just down the road on North Ave. Ashe and me stayed there last year. It's only minutes from VGS.

I wanted to update this thread with the prizes that will be given out. All 1st place winners will take home a trophy! Not only that, but you will also get a $25 gift certificate to EGSA Outfitters, an EGSA T-shirt, and a book.

Here is a picture of the trophies:
