What is the problem with the IFU setup? Is it just the CD-ROM? Sometimes the fix for this is extremely simple.

Oh, you misunderstood.  I've already sold the IFU & CD-ROM, but kept the PCE.  I'm looking for a Duo to replace it, as I want to get an arcade card & didn't want to have to pay through the noseholes for a Pro.

I too just received my PC Engine briefcase from Keith Courage and what is there to say? The thing is perfect. Looks great, works great, and was packed great.

I paid extra to have a region switch put in and the switch installation was done so neatly that it looks like the console was manufactured with it.
