The only reasons to need a System 1.0 card to either play Altered Beast CD and/or to be able to view the incorrect system card warnings, so maybe you should promise to play through and beat Altered Beast before raffling it off?    :-"

I just won a copy of Altered Beast a couple of months ago, so as I said before I just need the card and will Raffle the game away.
