Wouldn't have gotten my attention for a dime over $400.  But that's maybe just me.

Congrats to him for even negotiating with someone who was asking $1100 for that.  I usually just see those, and think "screw that", and don't bother if they are magnitudes off of what I think it's worth.

Well I heard that the super system 3 NA release was mail order only and prices have been ridiculous lately, so getting it for $20 made me happy.
In this day and age getting 16 games for $600 including pretty good ones like Shadow Of The Beast, Y's III, Raiden seemed cool too, I was happy as f*ck with my purchase aha.
A few years ago I could see these prices being laughed at but have you seen the inflated shit going on nowadays as opposed to even several years back, you need to understand prices go up whether we want them to or not, I play the games, love them, and talked him down to nearly half price, I'm still excited about it, just a bummer every time I happily come on the site to share the great games I have people imply I'm a retarded cunt lol.

Don't take it the wrong way.  Glad your main focus is the enjoyment you get from playing this great titles.  But if you post what you picked up .. people would reply with "awesome, great games".  When you ask a question around here about whether you overpaid after the transaction is already done .. you're going to get people on both sides of the fence. I think you overpaid .. you don't.  It came out of your bank account, so I really don't care. And yes, I collect in the same world you do .. and yes people are jacking the prices. But what supports the high prices, is people paying them. Especially retailers, if they don't sell anything .. they will have to re-evaluate their prices. Enjoy your games !

You are what you eat?

I would've taken the $20 super system card (quite the steal) and skipped the rest, as you could easily have picked up the remaining titles for under $580 (using null's prices and/or buying stuff here).

Not surprisingly, null is using fool's logic and completely ignoring that lots sell for far less than the sum of their parts and that the ebay sellers would've eaten 15% in fees.

For the record I have several vaginas, multiple races, going up and down my left leg.
$20 for that system card blew my f*cking mind aha, was happiest of all to share that, all in all it was a decent price for it all and I now have a ton of new games to play.

I'm pretty excited today, picked up the following, all perfect condition, case and manuals.
North American Super System Card 3.
The Addams Family CD
Fighting Street CD
Final Lap Twin
It Came From The Desert CD
Turbo Golf CD
JB Harold Murder Club CD
JJ and Jeff
King Of Casino
Military Madness
Dungeons And Dragons
Raiden
Shadow Of The Beast CD
TV Sports Hockey
Yo Bro
Y's III CD

Based on my own numbers I picked out of the air, I think you did good for this lot.  How about some  pictures?

I find it crazy that the NA system card 3.0 can be sold for almost as much as a NA Duo system that has it built inside the unit.
THANKS TO ALL PCEfx members who have helped fix my hardware and add to my games library!  What a thrill!

Neutopia6, comrade, I think that you could save yourself a lot of grief by simply omitting the prices you paid.

Please continue sharing your recent additions, and your thoughts on the games, but don't fuel the haters by including the amount you paid.

I am not saying this is fair, but please consider it...lots of folks keep this private, anyway. If more folks shared their actual costs, I suspect that we would have even more arguments.

Also, people would lie about the "great deals" they got.

not surprisingly, necro is being a dick in some fantasy land where I said anything remotely related to lots and fees, or claimed in any way that neutopia6 got a great deal. All I said, which is irrefutable fact, is that if he tried to buy those titles individually on ebay and scored the lowest price, he would have paid more.  I didn' care to spend hours combing through all the sold lots to mix and match that set of games to find the magical set of auctions that would have landed those titles at a lower price. And even if i had, the seller's fees are not a factor in the equation of "what buyer pays" in any way.

I personally wouldn't have bought the lot. Like you, I'd grab the system card and be on my way.

I know you like arguing and trying to paint me as a slowtard gouger-enabler, but you're going to have to find something real to call me out on if you want to call me out. Lol... you might as well have said "and once again, nullity's logic ignores the land speed of an African swallow and the market price per lb of potatoes."

Aww, did I hurt your feelings?  We all know you're the forum's defender of the downtrodden.... unless they're selling something you want, then the claws come out.

Alternatively, you could stop caring what others think.  Why should you give a shit if Black Tiger (or anyone else) thinks you got hosed?
