So next time not say anything if they were the ones that brought it up first? I see how it is. nyan cat

It's simple: if you're going to troll and flame, don't report other's posts for doing the same.  You don't get to do both.

And you can drop the bullshit about me being unfair; had nullity reported one of your posts, he too would've been told to pound salt.

Seems like it's been forever and a day since I've bought a new to me turbo game but I snatched these 2 recently.

It is a few days early, but my TG-16 purchase for October:

Thanks go to PCEFX forum member chop5 for making this particular purchase possible for me.  Some collectors would call it a placeholder, I call it saving about $1000!  I like the game, though I think Cotton is a bit more fleshed out as a complete package.  I can only hope (and beg) that Bonk 3 and Legend of Hero Tomna get the same eventual CHucard release.  It would certainly help a few bank account balances!

I am also on the fence about getting Coryoon in the same CHucard format.  I guess that will be a purchase for another month down the line.

Please excuse the 'case.'  I have not found a supply of CD cases yet, so this will have to do.
THANKS TO ALL PCEfx members who have helped fix my hardware and add to my games library!  What a thrill!

You just reminded me, kinda wanted to ask Chop5 if he could do a Drac X Caravan ChuCard.

Yes, the Turbo Everdrive.  It is such a reasonably priced product and it would open up the library, but....

One of my other hobbies is collecting arcade games.  Every collector, at one time or another, builds a MAME cabinet which gives you access to thousands upon thousands of games.  I built one early into the hobby, for example.  Years past; it got a lot of use at first but having that many games on tap cheapened the experience somehow.  One of my proudest decisions was to go through the trouble of turning it back into an arcade game again, now a SFII Championship Edition cab.

I know the Turbo Everdrive is different.  Real code, real hardware, no game play differences whatsoever. I just can't get behind the idea in my head.  I still find value in even loose original HuCards (or carts for other systems), I like the idea that these things have been around since the early 1990s when the system was new.  They have survived all this time, they have a history in themselves.

These CHucards are great though.  They only play one game, the costs are good, they still scratch my collector's itch, and they are good placeholders for the real thing until the market calms down or a good deal on an original comes up.

I also have not gotten a diveboard converter or any PCE hardware, so it would be a good way for me to play Coryoon.  And...chop5 is cool beans.

Nice box collection!  The sides of these boxes are always in the worst condition and yours look just out of the shrinkwrap.  I am still looking for a cheap Jackie, I have read the game is very good so, enjoy it.

I enjoyed the NES version and never knew there was a TG16 one until recently. Looks pretty improved upon in a lot of ways. Going to have to get it sometime!

its definitely worth checking out.  never played the nes version but I figured the tg version would have better graphics, bigger sprites and more vibrant colors. its a pricy one but if you can get it cheap, go for it!

I received a brand new tv sports basketball today in the mail. Price was 9£ total. I never had the pleasure of opening a brand new game for my turbo express and the process was fascinating ;p
