I bought Soldier blade and found a surprise inside!

So i bought Soldier blade along with 14 other games. I receive the package today, and upon opening the case, I found a little surprise inside.

It's a signed piece of plastic with a sticker saying : Gambare Hudson (Don't give up Hudson) + takahashi meijin in Kanji (it's Takahashi Master, the guy from Hudson that inspired New adventure Island, he could push a controller button 16 times back in the days! very famous dude)

Under, there is a signature. I checked online and it's identical to the man itself, Takahashi Mejin! I'm soo happy to have an authentic signature of my hero!

Anyway, just wanted to share this with you guys, because i'm sure you can understand my excitement!

Yea I wish it would have been signed on the manual. My guess is that he bought the game at the Soldier blade Summer caravan in the 90s and had Takahashi sign it on the spot, since there is a sticker of him on the plastic bag. then the guy wanted to play the game, so he kept the plastic bag as a souvernir. I need to contact the seller about it, and to thank him. I sent him the money on the 30th at 16h, and by 17h he sent the game, then the next day at 16h the game was in my postal box....

What an awesome surprise. I would have been the same as Nullity and tossed it cursing the person who had 'doodled' over the bag.

That's a really neat surprise!  Only surprises I've received were dead bugs, hair, or rental stickers with my used games.

If you had a signature on the North American box/manual of New Adventure Island, then you would have "done it right".

there was a party organized by a fellow ownig a retro bar in akiba called a-button, where meijin was invited as a special guest

i knew that so i brought few related items with me to the party
