I've talk about these before a bit, but now there are a nice chunk of them complete and ready to use.

It's a torrent so feel free to download and check em out.

Got some RPG love in there. My printer/scanner is pretty new, color carts nice and full, so might give this a shot soon.

Now I kind of wish I'd gone for loosies with manuals!

hahaha!

but yeah, even if it's not original it looks great and mostly better than the US crap you got back then :)

what would be also nice is using these templates but with the original JPN artworks :)

I did include the JP cover for side arms so far.. (I guess its more of a custom cover that uses the awesome JP artwork and looks just like the JP cover) but yeah that would be cool. problem is I would need alot of pce manuals and I mainly only like working with my own scans. then some games have different names like nectaris(much cooler in this case) and there are the Volume tabs, some would be easy to do though like bomberman.

Also what does HE system stand for? Hudson Entertainment or Home Entertainment -I heard it could be this.. part of  some home computer line?

Learn something new every day. All of this time I've thought "HE System" was a bid to exert the manliness of the platform.

This.

Yeah I would only make JP art in addition to the US Art. US art comes first.
Here is a picture of Sidearms that I mentioned.
