Well, it's been 5 days since the last update. About time to check in again and see where things are. What's the low-down, Mr. Brown?

The items are still in NJ.

WITH ME. They're staying with me.

Sorry, but I know people.

The situation must have intercepeted the everdrives.

He has an Everdrive in each fist as he's fist bumping.

No rush jtucci31. Just want to say thanks for doing all of this. I'm sure it has been/will be a big pain in the ass dealing with 20 orders. I'm sure you were only expecting 10 when you decided to lead this endeavor.

Seconded.  Plus, you likely had some arsehole who didn't pay you until a few days ago, what a shitehead.

Thanks again for doing this

That is one sweet looking package!  (That's what she said).
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

Hey, at least it looks like they all come with their own little bubble wrap pouch. Hopefully that will save a little effort.

If you are shipping mine to Canada, please wrap it up more.  That single piece of bubble wrap won't make it to Customs with a single bubble left unpopped.  I don't know if USPS uses them to cushion their asses on the drive up the Canada, but they're always flatter than a tire when the package arrives at my house.  No bubble wrap mailers please.  Use a box.

One everdrive was damaged. A reset button on one broke off during shipping. I contacted retrogate and I have to ship it back to get it repaired. Luckily for everyone here, they will all get theirs! A friend of mine bought one as well and he is fine with waiting. And don't worry, I checked every everdrive, no broken pieces :) (thank god)

But don't worry FiftyQuid, I'm shipping every one in a box. I managed to get my hands on a ton of leftover newspapers. And I've got some extra bubble wrap from various things. I'm trying to make sure it's packed tightly enough for it to make it to you safely.

Bummer about the broken one.  Think you could solder it yourself to save yourself the trouble of the RMA?

If the button is still there and is just detached from the board (ie just needs resoldering)  Send that one to me, I can handle the solder work.
[Sun 23:29] <Tatsujin> we have hard off, book off, house off, sports off, baby off, clothes off, jerk off, piss off etc

I'll PM you when i get the chance. I'd much rather not have to ship it internationally for one item. I have two pieces to the thing but am missing one i believe. I'll send ya pics and whatnot tomorrow. That would be a big help!

Who cares about a reset switch? Isn't that what the power switch on the system is for? I'd just take it and leave it as is.

What is so hard about turning the power off on the actually system and turning it back on again. I mean, you have to hit the reset button which is right next to the power slider anyways right?

True that ^^^^   If it functions correctly (ie plays games off an sd card) then that's good enough for me.  I dont mind the broken / semi broken one :)
