I am thinking that it will get a physical release as well.  A lot of the download only games have eventually gotten one.  I assume for the folks that dont have their systems hooked up to the web?  I dunno, but I prefer an actual disc anyway.

RE Gamecube remake is the best game in the series for me, hands down.  I will probably pick this up, but again...  digital only :/

Maybe they will do $20 each digital games, but then end up putting out a $50 HD Trilogy on physical disc?  That would be epic and I would buy that day one.

I just don't want to get burned again.  I bought "digital only" Killer Instinct (XB1) and Duck Tales (Wii U), only to have both games get a physical release later.

I did the same thing with the walking dead.

I loved the remake on Gamecube.  RE2 is my favorite game in the series, I always thought it was a terrible shame that it didn't get the same treatment that RE1 did on its GC port.  My fingers are crossed that this game makes enough money to finally justify a new version of RE2.
Current want list:  Bomberman 93
