Oh dear! Am I one of those people? I haven't seen any emails, but it's possible they got thrown out with the spam. I checked my Paypal account earlier, but didn't see anything...

I think I'm in the same boat as well. I got worried when I saw I didn't get an invoice but I understand how much work this stuff is.

Mine was sent to me in a flat-rate box, assuming yours was as well it will be insured for $50 and either you or Arkhan can file a claim.

I hope you're complaining about a crack in the custom baby-blue bottom and not the instantly-replaceable, 5¢, clear cover.

Doesn't sound like a complaint to me. Sounds more like he is disappointed that the post office cracked it, and he is probably well aware that it can be fixed. Most people have lots of CD cases laying around that can be pilfered for parts.

You're right ! It was just to inform that i finaly got my games but package seems to have been shocked. That's all.
I'll switch the case by myself of-course.
