Yes: Sylphia, Madou Monogatari and Dead of the Brain were sold with registration cards. Slyphia also included a sheet of stickers (simply the “Sylphia” logo—no character art), Dead of the Brain included a small coloring book with three crayons (“blood red”, “yellow spleen” and “green mucas”)...

I do not believe any additional items were included with those titles.

If you weren't such an idiot, you'd understand the three games you're asking about (one of which wasn't even mentioned in your original query thread) are pricey, uncommon games that not that many pcefx members own.
