Got a cheap-o copy of Cosmic Fantasy 2 sealed a couple of years ago...it wasn't sealed for for long when I had it. Only sealed Turbo game I've ever owned/opened.

I bought Cosmic Fantasy 2 and Exile from Working Designs when they were still in business, about 10 years ago. They arrived new, I opened them both, and then played them through.

I may still have the invoice tucked away with my TG-16 papers, but from what I recall, the price was reasonable, maybe $30 each?

I didn't have either of those games until I finally bought them from Working Designs direct. During the 90s, I didn't get CD capability 'til late in the system's life. Most of the CD games I bought were direct through TZD. TZD never had any of the Working Designs stuff, from what I recall.

Back in 2011 when I first started collecting TurboGrafx stuff, I saw an add on kijiji, around 30 games and a boxed console going for $160.
Ran like hell to pick it up obviously lol, and half the games had the box, three were sealed, a tennis game, Cyber Core and Bonks Revenge, I opened them all and now am regretting it.

Prior to that, some random games I bought/traded 10+ years ago (Final Lap Twin, Neutopia II, Fantasy Zone, etc.)....I had these games as a kid (loose) and wanted to see the whole enchilada. I have a loose Bomberman, too, since I was kiddie, but I don't remember if I ever got the box/case/manual.

Army pants! lol Nice vid, sir. You and Null should cosplay as each other. :3

Yeah, I know, right?

If you guys even knew that I bought them because they were reduced to $1.99. My wife tried to stop me and I promised her, "Don't worry, I'll never where them. They will be my emergency backup pair of pajama pants. Trust me."

I've been wearing them every day since.

Lol, being cool is everything though aha, where do I make my introduction???

Search for "awkward introduction" and just create a new thread following this formula:

(1) profess love for TG-16/PCE
(2) don't openly display collectard tendencies (wait until you've gained some credibility)
(3) mention something about future plans (a game you will continue playing, a Japanese PCE magazine you will scan for me, etc.)
(4) do you have a favorite genre, or aspect of video gamedom you particularly enjoy...
(5) seabloon.
(6) ghostcloth.

(10) what is your favorite 90's shareware title?

I had to figure out how to plug a, "Bung Hole", to cross a lake or something, in a Hugo's House of Horrors game.

Oh, wait, this question is not for me.  :-#

OK, then, I remember the bunghole in HHH very clearly, since at the time I played that game/episode through to that point, Beavis and Butt-Head was becoming super popular at that time. Bung Hole.

Why would you regret opening and enjoying such gems?  Well, okay, maybe tennis isn't much of a gem, but still....

It was worth it for the poster lol, and I guess there are two more copies out in the world for people to play and enjoy, I absolutely loved cyber core for some reason, more bad ass version of xevious with giant insects lol, wish I could find another copy, only used eBay once and that was for my Turbo Duo, can't imagine finding a complete one out in the wild in this day and age. XD
