Were someone nice enough to do this for you, they could just unscrew the top of their Turbo Duo and send you just the plastic molded top to test your door pieces with. You'll have the original door too and just need to try to make it match as close as possible, etc. Mailing around any kind of Turbo Duo can damage it, as has happened to modders (e.g. CD lens damaged when mailed to steve, had to be replaced).

I volunteer nullity for this! Can't think of a more helpful person around here for this project, he's also now got 2 Duos! So, you pay for shipping both ways, plus maybe a little extra for his time, and I'm sure a deal could be reached.
