Man, I should've bought DEII from TurboZoneDirect when I had the chance... Had no idea the eBay effect (a swarm of wmacs arriving + big-spenders) was gonna eventually result in tons of CD games >$99...

This is a bit off topic, but....For that price I would rather put the money towards finding an original Sega system 16b Cotton arcade board.  $280 is almost budget enough for for a cheap cab ($100) and the board ($200ish).

It will work in any System 16 wired arcade cab like my Altered Beast:

(.....I own a Cotton arcade board...)
THANKS TO ALL PCEfx members who have helped fix my hardware and add to my games library!  What a thrill!

The price on Cotton & DEII are pretty fair, IMO, compared to recent sale history.

Recent sales show he's at the bottom end of ebay pricing, except here he gets to the keep the fees (10%).  This dude has bought much of his collection from this very forum, always begging us to help him out and get a better deal, and this is how he repays the favor.

But I digress.  Talking to you about pricing is like talking to a brick wall.

Just look at loom on ebay...i guess it doubled the price....5 or 6 months ago it was easy to find it at 20-25$...now its over 50-60 and thats not even counting shipping :(

i should have bough that damn game when it wasnt at the end of a fishing line  ](*,)

I havent bought much of anything from members here, so that statement isnt true. My cotton and DE2 were bought years ago and that is why i asked about cotton before i listed these game. The high price they fetch on ebay seemed outrageous to me so that is why i went on the lower end of that spectrum. Sorry if it feels like im part of the "problem", but that is why i didnt list it on ebay for a price of 300 and up.

I will get everyones pm's tonight and list all my complete boxed games as well. Think there are around 44. Jumping out of collecting for this great system due to financial constraints. It sucks, but shit happens and i'm trying to make the best of it. I feel like probably most of you about jacked ebay prices. That is why im not taking any of my items there and posting them on this forum and AtariAge forum.

I'm kind of surprised at the reaction here.  The price on Cotton & DEII are pretty fair, IMO, compared to recent sale history.

100% agree, Cotton has gone for twice the asking price here or more on eBay.  $280 is a great price, if you don't agree then you probably have some ideas about "value for money" that don't reflect the current state of the marketplace.
I'm not sorry about this, as I'm not sorry about ANY attack by the goverrats.
