and more...

Dear galam,
Ok. If you want to lose $3.20 plus shipping, pay it again. But I'm telling you for the second time to not send it. Ebay allows for mistakes in listings as reasons not to honor a payment. I can clearly show why the listing was not right right before you bought the 2 items.
In fact a different auction has 115 items and for the price you originally paid, indicating it was somehow repeated. I didn't do it, so I think someone else did. There's no reason for me to do it, so it was something or someone else. If it were me, I would have had to adjust the price and the quantity while editing. I can see mistakenly editing the price OR the quantity, but not both at about the same time. It is clear I didn't edit the auction, and so it is clear Ebay will honor my side in a feedback dispute.
You indicated hostility and so I will now not allow you to purchase something. I have already lost a listing fee and the time to communicate with you plus adjustments to the original listings. I opened a non-paying bidder case in such a manner as to let you off the hook of responsibility of paying.
It is improper to use Ebay in a hostile manner. Do not attack my reputation or financial account through Ebay, or will defend it to the end.

Dear ridgewood_general_store_1
Let's break this down...

You wrote:  You indicated hostility
My response:  YOU are the one that went all goverrat on me from the start.  Saying that "I should have known better" and "I'm not sorry".  Essentially indicating that it was MY fault I purchased your games.

You wrote:  I will now not allow you to purchase something
My response:  Obviously.  You already refunded me when I paid right away.

You wrote:   I opened a non-paying bidder case in such a manner as to let you off the hook of responsibility of paying
My response:  Get your ebay facts straight.  You didn't open a non-paying bidder case since I tried to pay.  You sent me a "cancellation request" which I did not accept.

By now, you should have just taken the $12 hit and mailed me the games at the agreed upon price.  Has this exchange been worth $12?
P.S... payment sent again for the $11.28 since it was still sitting in my shopping cart.

I like how he seems to think it is only possible to mistakenly in put the cost or quantity of an listing but not both....  Because clearly a mistake of that magnitude is impossible and clearly he never makes mistakes to begin with so it must have been a Goverat.

Also he will defend his reputation to the end but list the BUYER is the issue...

How do you become the target of anger when all you did was agree to buy something then send prompt payment?

I asked the seller what a goverrat was and this was his reply:

You may already know, so you'd just be pretending now. In this case you're at least wasting our time. At more, you are harassing me. If you keep it up I will respond with formal sanctions.

Sanctions... Goverrats.... Does this guy work for the U.N. ?

I sent the guy this:

Hey I heard your store has a problem with Goverrats. I've seen them before. I'm an exterminator by trade and I can rid you of Goverrats within 30 days guaranteed.

Since Goverrats are especially hard to get rid of, my fee is $700 for the first visit and a TG-16 game for each additional visit. Whad'a'ya say?

Let's spam the hell out of him.  Don't f*ck with galam!

Here is his response.... He thinks I'm Galam lol:

I refuse your offer for 2 reasons: 1) You indicate I can just give away TG-16 games...like i have 115 of them or something, and 2) because the rates for octoroks, tektites, leavers are much less than what you're offering. Did you create an Ebay id just to send this message? Because now this seems like playing wack-a-mole!

Dear ridgewood_general_store_1,

How did I just create this account? I have 132 feedback and a star seller.

Does the seller remind any of you guys of Dale Gribble? Probably replying to all these messages in his concrete bunker while broadcasting his pirate radio show that deals with the evils of the goverrats.

Wondered where you'd been! Welcome back.  I'm glad someone paid the goverrat ransom.  I heard of a beheading and feared the worst. :/

Shhhhh. Goverrats afoot. Talk. Later.

What the hell is a goverrat? And why on earth would he flip out on 9 lousy dollars? I'm about ready to spam the guy with dollar offers...
