I blame/thank Showbiz Pizza for my love of video games. It was my only escape when I was 4 years old from those mechanical horror machines.

Speaking of Showbiz Pizza.
Chop, Chany and I went to visit a barely functional "Rock-A-Fire Explosion" animatronic setup a year or two ago.

There's a documentary about  Rock-a-Fire on Netflix. Its goes over the history and origins of showbiz, and folks who collect the bands and reprogram them with modern songs. It was pretty interesting yet disturbing at the same time.

Yep, I've seen it. Speaking of which here is a video of the broken one during the visit with Chop and Chany.

Ha ha! Nice. Hey don't knock their pitiful shuffle and performance. They're senior citizens now. :D

Holy creepy! I liked when they were nearly lifelike (raising arms, for example) and I wondered if a small child was being forced to perform at knifepoint.

If you ever wanted to torture information out of me, just put me in that room. That is freebased, unadulterated nightmare fuel.

Less than one month away!!  8)
SignofZeta: What a quintessentially PCEFX thread. Someone complains about nothing, multiple Bible-length posts discussing who's a bigger a$$hole follow. You're both pretty big a$$holes. Let's call it a tie.

If I can get my days off approved then I'll be there. Ashe won't be able to come though.

If you do go, will you be bringing your x68k? I'd like to try it if you don't mind :)

If Chany has room for it I'd be happy to.

Awesome man, we'd like to see you put your skills to test at the fest. :)

Mati, if you can bring the x68000, that would be pretty sweet, work permitting of course. We will be in a different spot, but I think we should have space for it.
