Since some TV do not like 240-anything over component, maybe a way to add a simple 480i upscaler on the component converter to make it more compatible with most modern TV?Or would one need to buy a $300 upscaler to get good component?
But yeah, I think it would be cool if someone like Steve did the simplest possible resolution doubler to go from 240p to 480p.
