Glossy Duo?

Hey all,

 was wondering if anyone had any info on or even seen a duo like this before? The manufacture date is 93 was this glossy look vs the matte look a last ditch effort?

 Anyhow thought it might be fun to share. No its not for sale, it is my first ever and I will be holding on to this ome :-)

Pretty sure you aren't supposed to clean your console with dish soap. Or even if you do, you should at least dry the thing. Or is this just very tight saran wrap?

Here is an in the cd door, if you notice even the lower inside is glossy and no runny spots at all, I think it wou.d be pretty tough and time comsumimg to fake a job like that.

I dont know much about it as I have never seen one thats why I asked here,  I figured someone might know more than I do (squat at this point)
