Game Manual Collection
« on: February 08, 2015, 02:08:15 PM »
Sometimes I think it would b really cool if someone were to make chrome hard bound coffe table editions of various generations of systems. Containing high quality reprints pull page of the complete library of that systems manuals for quick reference.

Just something that comes to mind. Sure most games do not require a manual but imagine if it was something printed in a nice edition. Re-edited (with corrections as some hints and manuals where incorrect) double page maps full color that were included and some of that custom drawings or pictures of items enemies and so forth.

I recently found a really neat pdf collection of NES games that I plan to go through and make into a custom PDF or word doc.

Do not know if something similar exist for SNES Genesis SMS or TG and such but I think I found a little side project to work on next weekend.

Testing out my idea:

Just some ideas for layout.  Combining what is in the manual with a little added game sprit work.  Try and keep it with the same feel of the origianl manual, but also make it more eye catchign and worth while for a hardbound colored collection of information.

Of course this would be purly a fan created item, as Nintendo would need to approv any sort of MASS production of this content.  Or any other owner of the various games/systems TM logos, charactors, and so forth.

But yeah...just an idea.
