It even seems like finding snes, genesis, and nes games at yard sales and flea markets is getting harder. The Wii and PS2 have become the most common.

I don't think I have ever really found good deals on NES or SNES stuff in the past few years.

I think the best score I got in the past three years was a CIB boxed Megaman 4 for $25. And this was off a video game reseller surprisingly.

That is a good deal! Flea markets have slowly become an outside stores with all of the resellers there. I am not going to a flea market to spend 50 dollars on a game  ](*,)

Craigslist, but you gotta be quick before anyone else gets to them.  I got me some cheap AES games, like $20 a game for US versions, NES stuff, a TG16 for like $20.  Deals are always out there.

I live in Atlantic Canada. I've seen a console with Keith courage for 150 bucks at a pawn shop, and darkwing duck for 95 bucks hucard only at the one game store we have. It sucks trying to play retro games here.  :-({|=

Even if those are Canadian Dollahs, those prices are too high.

That's just the way it is in these parts for any retro games. Always over - priced and seldom seen.

In my location, I never see a Turbo anything. I had to drive out of state just to purchase my TG16 back during its hey day. Even NES, SNES, and Genesis games are rare any more. There seems to be an abundance of PS2, XBOX, and Wii games. And they are mostly sports related. I depend heavily on the net for anything retro in gaming.

Yeah I was at a retro game store last Saturday and they had a Keith Courage loose with a price tag of $34 or very similar.

I just rolled my eyes and kept on walking.

I didn't even see a tg-16 system where he had his test systems.

walking away is all you can do.

He's a newer seller, he'll learn or close up like so many others.

I just wonder where they get that price from. I have seen stores sell for ebay prices or slightly above, but what data shows that Keith Courage is a 30 dollar game?
