Absolutely nothing! Ever since I got yelled at by a cop when I was 18/19 for having stuff "obstructing my view" I decided to just not bother anymore.

I used to have some transparent, squeezable, orange and yellow sun air freshener with a silly face. At least that's the last thing I can remember dangling. I think there was a little mini plush bear thing as well, also, maybe some tiny Alf scaler thing at one point.

Nothing. There is a small town here that gets almost all of its revenue by ticketing people with anything hanging for obstructing their view. I think that's bullshit. But I still wouldn't have anything hanging anyway as I'm not really into flair.

Ah, I can attest to that, I got a $25 ticket violation for hanging stuff from my mirror. But, it's not a usual thing that they bother you for. I was speeding and changed lanes without signaling in front of a cop, so he let me off with the least severe of violations and just ticketed me for that. Technically, that could've been 3 violations to be ticketed for, so yeah, I just paid the $25, whatever...

It'd be tempting to ask those cops if they give other cops tickets for having lights under the visors (often on unmarked cars), dash cams, spotlight handles, and shotgun barrels or computer screens sticking above the dash and impeding their views.  Frickin' hypocrites.
