Nothing. There is a small town here that gets almost all of its revenue by ticketing people with anything hanging for obstructing their view. I think that's bullshit. But I still wouldn't have anything hanging anyway as I'm not really into flair.

I have a Yankee candle lemon & lavender and a candy floss magic tree. The smell has long gone. Oh and they're not illegal to hang! Plus anyway physically unless your mirror was really low I cant think of how any relevant vision could be impaired.

It'd be tempting to ask those cops if they give other cops tickets for having lights under the visors (often on unmarked cars), dash cams, spotlight handles, and shotgun barrels or computer screens sticking above the dash and impeding their views.  Frickin' hypocrites.

I've suplimented my boring Miata with a boring MkII Honda Fit.

EDIT: BTW, hanging stuff from your car mirror is pretty much a female thing. Not exclusively, but it's for Mardi Gras beads, etc, most of the time. This forum has about as many females as most circle jerks so therefore not a lot of mirror decorating.

A small plush Bulbasaur. I don't play the Pokemon games, but ages ago a game store was closing and letting these go for a buck, and Bulbasaur is pretty cute. He's awfully faded at this point, but he's on his second car now and is otherwise doing just fine.
