It's not like the RAM carts work anyway unless the moon is in a perfect synchronization with the Sun's light just as a rainbow leads to a Leprechaun's treasure.

Damn Saturn cartridge slots.

Bad luck SaturnMasterDyne!

I'm also looking to record a couple episodes of the hit podcast "huCast" during the show.  If anyone is looking to lend their voices for that, let me know.  I'm not sure on times/places yet, but sometime during the weekend would be fun!

HuCAST?

Tell me more.

Somebody made a one-off music podcast (Joshua?) a few years ago.

Where is that? I want to listen to it again.

Yep, that was me.  We recorded a little bit at TurboFest last year in episode #3 using my cell phone in a loud and crowded room.  This year I want to try again, but using some actual mics/equipment at a quieter time in a room if possible.

I was barely audible last year.

Joshua, I was also thinking about bringing some video/audio recording equipment for lulz and I'd be happy to share any footage I take  with you. :)

So I'll be loading up the car tomorrow after work in preparation for Friday's long haul.  Does anyone have a spare tube TV they can bring for the TG16/CD setup I'm bringing?  I wasn't able to hunt down a smaller tube TV and I'm dreading lugging up the 27" I brought last year. I also remember people commenting on about how absurdly big it was compared to the other TVs in the room. :P

I'm so looking forward to this! Can't wait to see y'all again.

P.S. - This past weekend I found a dandy of a 19" tv at a nearby Salvation Army and thankfully asked to test it out before purchasing ($10). At first it wouldn't power on, but finally after about 10 power cycles the picture kicked in but it was all crazy psychedelic rainbows. Probably needed a good degaussing, but it didn't look like that was an option from the menu. :/ I also reached out to a few people over the past couple of weeks listing free TVs in Craigslist but none of them replied. Bugger.

I picked up a small (13" or so) white Trinitron recently off of Craigslist...it's only composite and mono audio but the picture is really nice. Pretty sure we have enough TVs for the main museum area so you can most likely use it for the weekend if that'll work. Let me know and I'll make sure to bring it.
