It looks like these would be a great fit:

Found these here: http://hzsunshing.en.alibaba.com/product/747504894-200004693/9mm_clear_PCMCIA_card_holder.html
I like how it can be flipped around to showcase them off too. Here is some if your in the usa: http://www.synchrotech.com/product-misc/cases_01.html

These would be great, shame there is a 10,000 min order. it would only cost $500 though haha!!
you could supply the pc engine/tg16 owners all over the world!

If a few of us chip in $100, we can get 10,000 units and sell them for $$$$$$$$$$$$. We will share the $$$$$$$$$$$.

All we need is someone who has an empty barn (to store 10,000 units).

Hmmm letting Maximilian guard your cards?  How do you take the game out without getting shredded by the crazy robot?

Check it out, the HuCase minis :)  The label for this one is a proto but it's the size of the case and looks pretty good.

EDIT: I'll make a template for it if anyone's interested. :3

I think the case inserts make it easier to put in a shelf or box without it looking completely "naked".  :P

I think that is friggin' beautiful!

It works best, I think, when the cover/insert art can be repurposed for a "widescreen" ratio instead of a 1:1 square....that's the tricky part.

If I did my math right.  If you got 50 people to put in $10, each person would get like 200 cases.  There would also obviously be shipping involved however.
