My current fitness plan is being too much of a cheapskate to buy new pants when my abdomen starts to enlarge. The constant discomfort is pretty good at putting me off from snacking.
I actually moved in with my girlfriend last year (married her two months ago, too). Before that, I used to lift every night in my house. These days, I just can't find the time, but in the last few weeks, I've been doing just a little before eating dinner. Also, during break time at work, I climb the building's six flights of stairs a few times. Hey, it helps.
