Does an emulator exist FOR the TurboDuo?

Hey now all:

I've long wondered, is there a way to burn PCE/TG16 ROMs onto a CD-R to play on the TurboDuo?  That would be so convenient...I could copy the games I own on HuCards to a single CD and play far more conveniently.

Has this been done?  Any ideas?
