If you don't have a credit/debit card you can go to any major game store (GameStop, GameCrazy, etc) and they carry Wii points cards. If you don't see them just ask, sometimes they have them behind the counter.
I only buy Xbox and Wii points through points cards. Unfortunately, the regularly sell out around here.
