I'm pretty simple here. I am all about giving back to the community that has so kept me in the Turbografx scene, and I like it here, so it's time...Been a bit since i have held a raffle anyway. I have some ground rules though. They are pretty easy to follow, and you don't have to I suppose, however, should you not, I hope that your soul is in eternal torture and bondage upon death due to be a total Douche wad.
