I'm not into golf sims at all, but when I played this one, I was shocked by its overall quality. It's pure Hudson class. I just wish they had released J.League Power Stadium, I bet it would have been on par with Power Golf 2 production-wise.

I just fired this game up on an emulator here at work.  I'm not a huge fan of the original power golf (great music, colorful graphics, but game mechanics leave much to be desired for me).  This game though, wow.  I might have to crank out a YouTube vid for this game, since there isn't shit on YT already.

I'm not crazy about the first Power Golf, but all this positive chatter about the game has convinced me to burn it and try it out.

The control is so much better than the first one! And I love the bg sounds.

Much of the game is in English. It's super easy to navigate and figure out.  And I love how it tells you how far each of the clubs can hit when you need to choose.

Wow that looks great. I wish there was a ISS like game for the PCE, all soccer games feel like they're of low quality to me compared to it. That game looks like to be almost on par with ISS, not a fan of the perspective and how the players are drawn.

Have you played Formation Soccer 95 Della Serie A ? It's a great, yet unknown, football game.
