Any turboheads in CO?
« on: November 05, 2015, 08:40:18 PM »
I'm planning a trip out to visit a certain member here towards the end of november/early december.
thought I'd ask if there were any other members around that might want to get together and grab a few beers.

Xele, BMW, Sadler, and Joe are all out in Yolorado, but I don't know how close they are to each other.

Bring a couple boxes of zigs to lure 'em out.

Yeah I'm out in CO but further south of the other gents.  Would welcome the chance to meet up in person and maybe see those other slackers again  :P

I'm down to hang out, play turbo, talk nerdy and drink beer! Like xele said, I think most of us are in the Denver burbs relatively close to each other. Where are you staying?

I've been talking to Beemer about crashing with him for a few days.

what's everyone's schedule like? is there a certain week that works best?

My schedule is pretty flexible, but maybe December is better than November due to Thanksgiving?

We should have a thread about where everybody is from, though I am sure there are some old threads if I search.  I guess a newer one would be appropriate anyway for all of the currently active members.

I am pretty far from CO, myself - Maryland is where I live.  Back in the day I used to have a couple friends here with Duos, we don't really talk anymore though.

For me, barring like Thanksgiving weekend, I'm pretty flexible for the most part.  Just need to know a bit in advance so it's easier for my wife who'll be watching the kiddo.

Im at the mercy of my landlord as far as offering a place to crash.  I should know something this week for ya Bartre.  Unless one of you other goons has a warm spot for him to crash?

As sweet as the pizza box and beer can vistas are at my place, I'm not sure I'm quite ready for house guests. :) I'm totally down to have you guys come over for a few hours and/or go somewhere to get dinner/beer though! Hopefully that doesn't make me too much of an a$$hole.
