Not to defend the overall sentiment, but that's not really the case. There is a strong discourse among many even moderate Muslims that ordinary Western life is not compatible with Islam. That doesn't mean they're going to be terrorists or anything, though. Of course, the same is true for many religious people, so singling out Islam is merely scapegoating.

Singling out Islam is merely scapegoating? Are you serious? Have you watched the news lately? How often do you see religiously motivated Christians, Jews, Taoists, Hindus, etc. blowing up planes, buildings, cars, etc. I'm no fan of religion in general but let's be honest here.

You are correct. I can think of no "no go" areas in any parts of London that I have been to. In fact the only community I can think of that was very closed to outsiders was/is orthodox Jews in Stamford hill. . They are VERY private. But still, not a no go area.

I honestly think Breitbart is just as retarded as the shit you'll read at Salon or Mother Jones (and to be clear that Salon article posted earlier was a whole lot of stupid). The ABC article you linked seems to show a rough area of town. I don't know if that's any more "no go" than shitty parts of any big city and I don't think it has anything to do with religion.

End of the day, I don't live in France or anywhere in Europe. I'm inclined to believe the guys that live there. That said, there's a obviously a massive problem with Islamic extremists. I fully support killing daesh anywhere they reside.

There was no refugee crisis in January when the Charlie-Hebdo attack happened.
Multiple suspiscious people from Syria and Turkey have been arrested before and during the refugee crisis with forged passports, most of them of shocking good quality.

Dude what are you talking about? This has been going on for years. The EU admitted 180k refugees in 2014.

It doesn't matter that "true" refugees do not condone terror, or that a small percent of "refugees" are terrorists. It only takes a small percentage to plan these attacks, and obviously the government cannot detect these people. It is the government's responsibility to protect its citizens. If it cannot determine which of the thousands coming into the country support the jihad, its only option is to close the boarder.

It should concern everyone that with the amount of active surveillance and snooping our governments perform, they still did not pick up on this.

I always take with a ridiculously undersized grain of salt.  There's always a chance of those kinds of articles or videos are true, but I consider it highly suspicious & suspect to just a bunch of hate speech & twistings from people on the other side of an argument.
