What hu card game would you like to see translated?
« on: December 02, 2015, 12:18:37 PM »
I am practically done with my The lost sunheart translation, I am looking for a new project that people would want to see translated. It can be any genre, not only rpg.

I made a thread about this some months ago, http://www.pcenginefx.com/forums/index.php?topic=18599.0 maybe you can get some more ideas from there

Daichikun Crisis would be a fun one. I'd also personally like to see Kattobi! Takuhaikun and Necros no Yousai, but I welcome any new translation patches :D

Black Tiger- Gaia No Monsho, Maison Ikkoku, and Street Fighter II' have already been translated. Check 'em out sometime!

Well i am lucky! Daichi kun crisis is using the same hexadecimal values for the alphabet/japanese font as the lost sunheart. I have already the table made hahaha. There are no apparent kanjis, which is gonna make everything very easy. Ill start right away, thank you for the suggestions!

Yeah, I think it was a kids show or something, so it reads like Mother.

My advice to any but the most fastidious and self-critical would be to find someone to edit for you. Do the translation, but hand off your translated lines to someone else for editing, just to make sure everything reads well and makes sense.

That's a very good advice. Ill take that in consideration. With space limitations, sometimes I write sentences that are shorter, and it could loose a crucial element that would potentially confuse someone else reading it.

Daichi Kun Crisis is a fine choice.  My second pick would be Necromancer so I can see more of that HR Giger art.
U.S. Collection: 97% complete    155/159 titles

Someone was working on Necromancer.. last year I think. But they couldn't get past the compression scheme, which was huffman based.
